Anyone who works at Friday's or has worked there, Please help!?

I want to work at TGI Friday's really badly. Im 16, and Ive taken many culinary classes in school. Im still attending high school, and im in my junior year. Ive applied to two restraunts near my location online, for numerous job spots (dishwasher, busser, host). I wanted to know, what else could I do to ensure that they see my application and that im considered for a job there! I really want to work there!Anyone who works at Friday's or has worked there, Please help!?
There is no "magic" thing you can do to be sure you get the job. The main thing is to ask the manager, "How many openings do you have today?". If she says, none, you need to keep applying to other restaurants and dont' look back.

With the economic slowdown, you may need to invent jobs for yourself. See if you can put up flyers offering to cook a meal in people's houses for $50 for a family of 4 if they buy the food..
