I applied to TGI Friday's in two locations near me online last night, and was wondering how long does it take for them to see my application? I submitted them around 10pm last night to both locations, and i really want one of these jobs. I need the money for a car. Btw im 16, so is that too young? Ive had expirience as a bus boy before, so im hoping they'll consider. If i dont hear after a couple days, should i follow up with a call?Help with online job applications?
It depends on whether there are actual openings or not. I'd give them a week and then politely call and identify yourself and ask if they have had a chance to review you application as you are eager to discuss the position with them. As you are young and do not have waiting experience they may be hesitant to hire you. Make it clear that you are willing to start as a host/ess or a busser, then train as server. Good luck.
