Managers at TGI Fridays and Chilis hiring say theyre bartending staff is full at every location is this Bull?

What exactly is the deal with this? Are these places really popular amongst people looking for jobs as bartenders , has any else else applied for the same positon there at either of these two places and been told to keep coming back to check for an open position ?Managers at TGI Fridays and Chilis hiring say theyre bartending staff is full at every location is this Bull?
they're either waiting for "the right person", which means they're in no hurry, or the are stock-piling applications for the future. either just to have them on hand, or they are expecting to hire in the near future (summer is near).Managers at TGI Fridays and Chilis hiring say theyre bartending staff is full at every location is this Bull?
Those are pretty popular places, so they probably already have lots of people working their already. Or they could be lying, but in that case, they would have to die. {:)Managers at TGI Fridays and Chilis hiring say theyre bartending staff is full at every location is this Bull?
Most chain restaurants with bars promote from within. You start off as a server, then after the required training, you can switch to the bar.

I've worked at several and this is the procedure. Even privately owned places do this.
Put in an application anyway and check the status on it weekly . It will show initiative and interest which most jobs look for in any position .
