I used Royal Carriages Limo (713-787-5466) for a friend's birthday. But the Hummer was black. When I did a search all the colors I could find was black, yellow and way to many white Hummers.
I found Royal Carriages by searching on the website Limos.com and got several competitive quotes from different companies...maybe you can try that website as well.
