All 4x mags will tell you there is a great rivally between the H3 and JK jeeps. Both are huge in offroad capability. They both get the same fuel econ ratings. But here is the kicker.

Have you ever driven a Jeep JK wrangler. they are a complete dog! BUT. It also depends on what Year you get. See jeep was smart and listened. They are going to put a new Penstar V6 in the new wrangler which ups the HP and drivability.



My advice, don't count out the H3 because of comments here. You can get and Auto or Manual and any offroad mag will tell you, it's a direct competitor to the JK.



JK stay way, far away from any 07-10 with the old style V6. They are completely gutless and when a Kia can out run you, well that's just bad. Then try putting some large tires on there and you will be very angry you spent 20 grand on a pile of dog doo.

wrangler h3 burns to much and isnt that nice inside. It also has a bad ride.
