If you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?

That depends...did it have a handicapped permit? Or better yet did you see the driver, and did he or she look handicapped? If not, the permit is more than likely for someone else and they are abusing it and hogging the space.

Some states will ticket even if the car has the permits but the handicapped person is not in the car. If this was the case, then YES I would call.If you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?yes why should they be diffrent from the rest of usIf you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?
what if the person driving that hummer is handicapped? wouldnt you feel like an *** for reporting it?If you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?Only if it didn't have any handicapped stickers displayed. Hummer drivers can be disabled too.
not if they had a cripple. and i hate hummers. but no dont be a "tattle tale"If you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?how do you know someone handicapped wasn't in the hummer? If you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?
Why? Was it any of your business? Did you see if the driver was handicapped? Was the car in your space? Live and let live.
yes most definitely if they did not have the handicap sign in there front window let them pay the fine what ever it may be if they can afford a hummer they can afford to pay the fine and the penalty have a nice day.If you saw a Hummer parked in a handicapped spot, would you report it?
Yes, I would report it. A handicapped person can't step up steep steps, so how the hell are they supposed to climb into one of those bad boys?! It must be a person who is not handicapped, and then they are being an a** for taking a spot that should go to handicapped people. And if a handicapped person does drive a hummer, what the hell is their problem?!!!!!!
If they were not handicapped...just because you drive a Hummer doesn't mean you can't be handicapped.
Yes, If It did not display a handicapped license plate, or have a handicapped tag hanging in the front of the windshield.

Just because someone drives a Hummer, does not make that person above the law and not above getting a ticket for that or any

other traffic violation
if they didn't have h/c tags then yes if I was still in the store but that is probably not what you are talkning about. If I saw a totally sweet Hummer all blinged out or jacked up with offroad tires parked in a h/c spot I would probably admire it because I am a big car guy but that doesn't mean it's ok
If I knew the person was not handicapped and had no decals, yes I would. I have a disabled friend, and I know what's it's like to see someone who really need the space can't use it because of these rich b---hes who think they can park anywhere they pleased.

Something like this happened to me a few years ago: I manage a retail store in a strip mall. There was this little rich prick who parked his brand new Hummer directly in front of my store's entrance, which is a fire lane that's clearly signed: Tow Away Zone. He went and shopped in several stores before he decided to return to his vehicle, which by then was too late. He walked up just as the tow truck was leaving, thanks to a phone call that I'd placed. The little prick was so pissed and I got into a little trouble because of it, but it sho' did feel good.
What is a handicapped spot? A spot that is handicapped? By the way, the word handicap comes from golf. The correct term is "person with physical disability". And no, I am not one myself.

To your question, I wouldn't care less because I'm not parking there anyways.
