If you buy it from military surplus, yes, however, if you just stroll into your local Hummer dealership, and ask for one . . . definitely not . . . the military versions of the gigantic SUV are not available to the public, due to certain aspects of the vehicle having classified equipment on board. They don't even come with the snorkel, unless you order the fording package, which includes the sealed engine compartment, the intake snorkel, and the exhaust snorkel, order that, and the price jumps up into the Stratosphere.
No. They add armor plating to them before they go into battle. I would be surprised if you could purchase one with armor plating.
