I thought this thing was a tank. (Forbes Autos.com)Why is the Hummer H2 not on the top 10 safest vehicles list?Just because it's a big tank doesn't make it "SAFE" %26amp; just because it's expensive doesn't make it reliable.



It is rated poorly in both the above categories by numerous studies.Why is the Hummer H2 not on the top 10 safest vehicles list?

Why is the Hummer H2 not on the top 10 safest vehicles list?The H2? A Tank? How can that be? It's based on a GM truck chassis it's not like the original Hummer, they are truly tanks in their own rights.

It rolls over too easy and isn't near as tough as a true Hummer.

Because the Hummer H2 is not really a hummer that you are thinking of. The frame for a hummer comes from GM's Suburban. The original H1 alfa's had an actual frame and not a unibody. The H3's are worse than the H2's in the fact that hey have the same frame as a tahoe or equinox.
BECAUSE IT'S NOT A SAFE VEHICLE = THAT'S WHY.
Volvo is a safe car, not a Hummer.
