Is my Hummer H3 Alpha Worthless Now?

I bought my H3 about six months ago not knowing the questionable fate of the Hummer brand. Will my H3 be worthless if and when GM discontinues producing this legendary truck? Needless to say I don't want to make payments on a car that has no market value. Is my Hummer H3 Alpha Worthless Now?All Hummers are worthless. Is my Hummer H3 Alpha Worthless Now?
Amber, if anything your Hummer will be worth more as an historical vehicle. The price of gas last summer made all big gas guzzlers book value drop, but actual value stayed the same. Wether Jack knows it or not, Suburbans are a very sought after vehicle right now that gasoline has dropped to $2 a gallon. I attend a lot of car auctions with a friend of mine who is a "Wholesale Dealer", and Suburbans are going at a premium price as well as Hummers. Is your's yellow? That is the most popular color . Look, no matter the price of gas, families need a full size SUV to safely haul their family in, and that can't be done in the little 'cracker boxes" the Gov't wants us to buy/drive. Your Hummer has the 5 cyl engine right? Just like the mid size pick up trucks Cheyenne and Colorado has and your gas milage is very tolerable / affordable. Just wait till GM, Chrysler and Ford stops production for 10 + weeks this summer and see what your Hummer's value goe to( Not as a trade in but as you selling it outright, or maybe as a trade in when dealers' supplies are depleted. Just shop around fo the best deal if ya decide to get rid of it and trade it in, I do know this, back last year thre Toyota Yaris was at a premium across the auction block because of the 36 mpg. Now, even the dealers don't want them for a trade in. Besides, in a crash, you stand a bettewr chance of "walking away unhurt". On the other hand the "Cooper", which has a very high crash test rating in the lab if hit by , say a Suburban and a Lincoln Navigator or a similar size SUV won't reflect the Lab's test results. Meaning the Cooper serves as a coffin after crashing ( Cheap economical way of funeral costs). So "Don't Worry, Be Happy", with what ya haveIs my Hummer H3 Alpha Worthless Now?The Hummer brand is likely to be phased out in the next few months but that should actually have relatively little effect on the value of your truck. What does though is the tough economic times, fuel prices, and unfavorable brand image set forth already. Once hummer does die the value wont go down too much but it is not looking very good as it is right now. I hope you got a good deal on it when you bought it originallyIs my Hummer H3 Alpha Worthless Now?
Put it you this way my Suburban is worthless all gas guzzlers have dropped in price and the H3 was not legendary. At least the H2 shares the Chevy truck components the H3 is like the Malibu of GM Trucks. Is my Hummer H3 Alpha Worthless Now?sell it for as much as u can and buy a toyota.
