Would you ever drive a Hummer?

Are you a Hummer person? Or do you think they're unnecessarily large gas hogs?Would you ever drive a Hummer?I did drive one - on military duty. Other than that - it's too darned big to be maneuverable for me in city traffic. I drive a tractor-trailer for my day job. I like to be able to dart in and out of traffic when I'm in my car. You can't do that in a Hummer.

Plus, for off-road use, give me an old army jeep any day - can go places you just can't get a Hummer into.Would you ever drive a Hummer?
no. the hummer wastes wayy too much gasWould you ever drive a Hummer?I think I would drive one if I ever had the opportunity to, but other than that, no.
I do. I don't CARE if it's a gas hog -- it's my money (at least until Obama gets his hands on it). I also don't care that it takes more room to park than a 747. I love the fact that it makes those smug Prius drivers fume.Would you ever drive a Hummer?? # 1: Yes!

? # 2: They are to just use as a car...Would you ever drive a Hummer?
as long as its a hummer H1 alpha with the 6.6L duramax diesel in it

HELL YEAH
Hummers are great for people who want to make a statement.

Personally, if were in the market for a large vehicle that takes up most of the road while riding on some large over-sized tires, had a great sound system, air conditioning, a GIANT displacement fuel sucking engine with a $100K+ price tag, I'd get a John Deere combine.Would you ever drive a Hummer?
if i had need of a quality off road capable SUV, yes, otherwise i'd hate to have to feed it.
HELL NO!

1. They're horribly gas inefficient.

2. They're not even slightly quick.

3. They're ugly as hell.

4. They're not very good off road surprisingly.

5. They don't even offer any interior room...even though they're bigger than some trailer homes.

All in all it's a completely pointless vehicle for suckering morons.
I have an JH1 but it is desiel so it gets pretty good mileage. 21 or 22.

I would not drive an H2 or H3 as I think they are ugly and too poor gas mileage.
i would if it didnt eat up all that ******* gas. i was thinking about getting one and swapping out the engine.
I'd rather drive a Tahoe or Suburban. Same running gear as an H2 Hummer and a Helluva lot cheaper.

H1's are useless on the roads (72 mph top end). Could use one on the farm though.

H3's are glorified Canyon/Colorado pickups with SUV bodies.
Just give me the keys and let me show you.
