I don't think the Hummer H1 is heavy enough to fall into this category, but checking the specs I do see it is capable of being loaded over 8500 lbs, so those restrictions may be applicable due to the weight. According to the Florida website there are no restrictions at all even with its 10,300 Gross Vehicle Weight Rating, however if its hooked to a large trailer and the combined weight is over 26,001 pounds then you would need to get a CDL license...........
