and my hummer only gets 8 miles per gallonWhich is a bigger waste of gas, a 10 mile per gallon hummer going 80 or nascar?Honestly, I don't really like either of them and I think both of them are a waste of gas. BUT, if I had to pick one of them, I would say the Hummer.



People usually drive Hummers to just get around and do simple daily routines that they can do with an average sized vehicle with decent gas mileage, but they elect to go with Hummers and waste gas.



NASCAR on the other hand, I'm pretty sure they get better gas mileage than just 10 mpg, not that much more but a little bit. Why I think this is the lesser of the two evils is that it's a form of entertainment for many people across the nation. Many people enjoy watching NASCAR and helps them relax. Plus a lot of companies and business are involved. It helps provide those involved with jobs and a pay check. It helps the economy.



So between the two, Hummer is just for personal pleasure which makes it seems like a bigger waste of gas while NASCAR actually helps the economy and people (somewhat).

Both are very efficient at giving small people big egos.



But at least NASCAR drivers usually have good personalities.



Never met a Big, silly looking Chevy Tahoe with a dumb boxy body on it ~ driver ~ with one.



A real Hummer is a much different story.. they're a hundred grand, and do things no factory 4x4 on the planet can do. I wish I had one.



But mine would always be DIRTY!

Also regardless. nascar is a bigger waste. I don't like hummers because they are just an over priced dressed up Tahoe, But some people have a legitimate use for a large vehichle. I have an f-150 with a V-* and I am single. i use the back seat for camping gear, and tow a 4runner to go trail riding. Even towing a whole nother truck and a 2 thousand pound trailer my f-150 still gets 11.5 mpg though.Which is a bigger waste of gas, a 10 mile per gallon hummer going 80 or nascar?
